This privacy policy (hereinafter “Policy”) explains when and how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected with respect to Morales Realtor’s website located at www.moralesrealtor.com (the "Site"). The www.moralesrealtor.com domain is managed by Morales Realtor. By using the Site, the User fully understands and consents to the privacy practices described in this Policy, as reasonably modified from time to time by Morales Realtor. The User has carefully reviewed this Policy in order to fully understand Morales Realtor’s data privacy practices. Morales Realtor is also covered by this privacy policy.


2. Personal Information

Personal Information shall be defined, but not limited to, as information that is specifically identifiable to a unique individual, information such as a name, address, individual’s telephone number, e-mail address, account number, information about an individual's activities if directly linked to that person (hereinafter “Personal Information”). Personal Information also includes, but shall not be limited to, demographic information, such as date of birth, one’s gender, geographic area, and personal preferences if such information can be identifiable and unique.


3. Personal Information We Collect

Morales Realtor collects Personal Information from Users in a number of ways, examples such are: when Users visit Morales Realtor, Morales Realtor collects Personal Information when Users: (1) register and set up an account; or (2) contact Morales Realtor by e-mail for any reason; or (3) Users enter the contact information of clients or potential clients for the purpose of engaging with them through the use of the Morales Realtor platform; or (4) onboarding and tech support. When Users visit the Morales Realtor website, some information is also automatically collected, such as the User's computer's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, computer's operating system, browser type, the address of a referring website, and the time and date of visit and purchases. Morales Realtor uses Personal Information to process User requests and provide Users with services, to inform Users about other products, to provide Users with products and/or services Morales Realtor believes may be of interest to the User. When Morales Realtor uses User Personal Information in its own marketing efforts, Morales Realtor provides Users with options and does not disclose the User’s Personal Information to third parties, except as described in this Policy. Personal Information provided online may be linked together or merged with other Personal Information so that Morales Realtor may better understand User needs and inform Users about Morales Realtor products or services. Morales Realtor also uses User Personal Information to send Users informational emails, including without limitation to newsletters, notifications by account owners, project managers, forum moderators, group members, and reminders of event schedules and attendance.


5. Emails

If Users send emails through the Morales Realtor Site, the User must understand that the email will include an email address and any personal message included. Due to the nature of the email being sent from the Morales Realtor Site, these emails are not private communications and therefore are not confidential. Morales Realtor has no responsibility to keep such information confidential if the User sends emails through the Morales Realtor Site. Users shall not use the Site or any software provided through the Site to send spam or content that violates this agreement or any other User agreement. 6. Security

Morales Realtor has put security measures into place in an effort to protect User’s Personal Information while such information is under Morales Realtor's control. All Personal Information relating to Users are stored in a reasonably secure environment, separate from the Site. User’s account information is accessible online only through the use of a confidential password. To protect the confidentiality of Personal Information, the User must keep his password confidential and not disclose it to any other person. Users are solely responsible for all uses of the Site by any person using a User password. Users shall advise Morales Realtor immediately if User believes its password has been misused or improperly obtained.


7. Control of Personal Information

Companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do. Morales Realtor does not share any of this information and recommends clients change their assigned password after tech setup and onboarding is complete.   • provide us your information to set up your Technology Tools
  • provide account information for payment
  • provide us your login information for electronic marketing services

When a customer and Morales Realtor have agreed by contract that transfers of personal information from the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or Switzerland will be transferred and processed pursuant to the Privacy Shield for the relevant services, when conducting those activities on behalf of its EEA/Swiss customers, Morales Realtor holds and/or processes personal information provided by the EEA/Swiss customer at the direction of the customer. Morales Realtor will then be responsible for ensuring that third parties acting as agents on its behalf meet the same standards.


Please note that if your complaint is not resolved through these channels, under limited circumstances, a binding arbitration option may be available before a Privacy Shield Panel. Morales Realtor is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).


9. Cookies, IP Addresses, and URLs

Automatically Collected Information: Morales Realtor automatically receives certain types of Personal Information whenever a User interacts with Morales Realtor. For example, when a User visits the Site, Morales Realtor automatically collects the User's IP address and the type of browser the User uses.
