Follow protocol guidelines set by the California Department of Real Estate to Safely show your property to Buyers and Agents.

We will Provide& Require:

1. Disinfectant Wipes, Booties (shoe coverings),

2. Masks and Hand Sanitizer

3. Schedule Appointments in time-blocks to allow only 1 group at a time

4. Require a COVID disclosure for Buyers and Sellers to sign prior to scheduling an appointment

5. Confirm Buyers have viewed the property online

6. Require a Pre-Approval Letter from Buyers prior to viewing your Home

7. Provide an Electronic Lockbox on the property. It will record the information of any agent that shows your home. Also, it can be programmed to be accessible during specific times only.
